I made this for lunch…it was great. It’s a beef patty with the center cut out a sunny side up egg put in the middle. The cut out part was cooked on the side and added in as a ‘hat’ later. Seasoned it with jalapeno cheese, smoke seasoning, crushed red pepper and some seasonings for grilled meat. It was amazing…. Read more →
